Shipping & Delivery

Veramax will use a combination of shipping carriers which ensures safe and quick delivery of your items with online package tracking. In Stock items should arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Your Shopping Cart will show an Estimated Arrival Date for your item(s). Look for the following under these items:

Canadian Shipping via Canada Post & UPS

Veramax will ship your order in the most cost effective method

  • Canada Post
  • Signature may be required.
  • UPS

A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the carrier’s delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from carrier.

If you have a UPS account you can enter your account number on our Shipping Method page during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by  Veramax. Account numbers will be verified with the carrier. (Only available in the U.S.)

USA Shipping via Canada Post & UPS

Veramax will ship your order in the most cost effective method.

  • Canada Post (Final delivery via USPS for USA)
  • Signature may be required.
  • UPS

Veramax offers ground service into USA via Canada Post and UPS. To expedite the entry and customs process, Veramax  consolidates all UPS shipments daily into USA. When shipping with UPS, Veramax is the Importer of Record as a Non-Residential Importer (NRI) into USA. Duties and Taxes are therefore the responsibility of, and are paid by, Veramax. Veramax will charge the customer a fee equivalent to the duties, tax, and other applicable cross border fees at the time of order. Once you have paid Veramax, your merchandise will be delivered to you without interruption.

All orders are imported to USA as casual goods and are subjected to Sales Tax. If you are a business or corporation or otherwise exempt from duties/tax, please contact the Veramax customer service department to obtain documentation to file a claim for reimbursement.

Canadian Customers

International Customers

We ship worldwide (except to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda).

Oversized items that don’t fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via Air Freight Forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.

We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the Canada & USA, based on manufacturer restrictions.

  • Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via Canada Posts Service only
  • Shipping and billing address information can be saved or edited in the My Account section.

 

Delivery Times

If your order is being shipped from Veramax (not drop-shipped) to a Canadian & US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)

Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carrier’s website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login required).

Veramax generally packs orders Monday to Friday. However, orders packed by Veramax on Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

Privacy & Security

The security of your personal information is very important to us. In an effort to protect your personal information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 256 bit encryption. If your browser supports SSL (most current browsers do), it will automatically encrypt the information you provide to us on the secure pages on our site, before sending it over the Internet.

Veramax has obtained a digital certificate from DIGICERT, a leading provider of Internet trust services.

When visiting a page on our site that includes any of your personal information, the bottom of your browser window will display, an icon of a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending upon your browser). This indicates that you have successfully connected with our secure server.

To authenticate the security of your connection before submitting any of your personal information, you can double click on the icon to display our digital certificate.

Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, we suggest that you contact us by phone, or fax your order to us.

Returns & Replacements

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Veramax within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Veramax reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Veramax is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Veramax is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened.
  • Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  • Any computers built or modified by Veramax to customer’s specifications.
  • Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
  • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
  • Veramax Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model

Return Instructions

STEP 1

REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

There are 3 ways to request an RMA:

You will receive your return instructions and return label by email.

When you receive your RMA, you will have options as to how to receive your refund:

  1. Store Credit

STEP 2

PACK YOUR ITEM

  • Place your item in the original manufacturer’s packaging
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

STEP 3

SHIP YOUR ITEM

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued.

Ordering

When you decide to place an order, you are asked to complete an order form. The order form requires your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and CID#. You should also include other information fields such as your telephone number, to allow us to contact you regarding your order if necessary. This information is collected to make your shopping experience with us as smooth and pleasant as possible. It is used only for the benefit of Veramax and you, our customer.

Note: Credit card customers with billing addresses within Canada will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping, however, credit card authorization for the order total occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit Cards with billing addresses outside Canada will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
