How can I find the firmware version installed on my Epson Stylus Pro printer?
- By doing a test print:
When the printer is in Ready mode, go in Menu (right arrow), press the down arrow until you have Test Print selected and press the right arrow. Press right arrow a second time to select Nozzle Check and press OK to print. You will have your firmware version underneath the nozzle pattern.
- From the printer status:
When the printer is in Ready mode, go in Menu (right arrow), press the down arrow until you have Printer Status selected and press the right arrow. Press right arrow a second time to select Version. You will see your firmware version on the screen.
- From the printer web interface (x890 and x900 models only):
From your web browser, type the printer's IP address in the address bar. From the printer's web interface, on the left side, click on Device underneath Printer. You will find the firmware version at the center of the web page.
